What we collect

Your email address, the cities you ask us to watch, and, if you join the Club, your Discord handle and billing details handled by our payment processor. That is the whole list.

What we do with it

We use your email to send the drop alerts you signed up for and the occasional note about the service. We use your cities to decide which properties to watch for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with hotels, booking sites, or advertisers.

Analytics

We measure aggregate traffic to understand which pages work. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run third-party ad trackers.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it at any time by emailing hello@hotelmaxx.co, and we will action it within 30 days.
